Instructions

    • 1

Remove the siding around the bathroom window from the exterior of the mobile home using your J-rail. You cannot remove a window frame if the siding is still intact, holding it into the mobile home exterior wall.

    • 2

Remove all of the screws holding the frame together, using a screwdriver. Use new screws when replacing the window since the older ones are worn and the heads may be damaged after being removed.

    • 3

Pull the frame out once it is no longer being held in place with screws.

    • 4

Scrape off any old putty between the frames. Apply fresh putty tape around the window frame to prep for the new window.
