Enter each of the words you wish to include in your word search. Though some programs will not limit the number of words you can include, you will be limited by the size of the paper you will print to.

Once you are satisfied with your puzzle, copy and paste the puzzle into a word processing program. Modify the placement on the page, your font size, and your font as desired and make any extra additions, such as clip art or information. Tips & Warnings
When checking your word search puzzle, mistakes and embarrassing words are easier to find when it's printed on paper rather than on the screen. Many generators have filters which prevent the inclusion of offensive words, but double-check to make sure. There is also the chance of the occasional typo. Always look over a hard copy of your puzzle before finalizing anything.
Copy your puzzle into a word processor to avoid ugly headers and footers that would otherwise print if you printed directly from the website.
