Attach wood planks (forms) using screws. The forms should be screwed to the footing side of the wood stake, and their size should correspond to the footing height. Cut the wood forms to length as needed, using the circular saw.

      Lay the reinforcing rebar in the footing according to the foundation specifications. The amount and layout will vary depending on the wall; refer to the sections or details sheet for rebar spacing and location specifications. Cut the rebar to fit as needed, using the circular saw with an abrasive blade.

    Photos or pictures would be immensely helpful here! Also: how do I know if I need rebar? I want a low retaining wall around my strawberry bed. I want to have concrete footing and concrete holding the natural rock in place, as I'm sure my children and others will be wanting to walk on the walls. The strawberry bed is about 10 feet in diameter, roughly circular, slopes downhill about 1 foot from west to east.
