How to Prevent Underarm Wetness Without Aluminum

Sweating is the body's natural way to release toxins. When this excess moisture comes in contact with the bacteria that live naturally on the body, it causes the odor we all associate with sweating. Many people use antiperspirants to block sweat from leaving the pores, but most antiperspirants contain aluminum, which can be harmful to the body, especially in people with decreased kidney function. There are alternatives to commercial antiperspirants to control sweating underneath the arms.
