1
Wash your face two times a day: when you get up in the morning, and when you go to bed at night. Consider using a pH cleanser, or tree oil treatment which you can put on a pad and wipe on your face.

2
Don't touch your face at all. When you touch a certain object such as a door handle at a public space and then touch your face, you are exposing yourself to a variety of bacteria, which in many cases can cause acne. If you need to touch your face for any reason, or if you have a habit of continuously touching your face without noticing, then consider purchasing an alcohol-free sanitizer that you can rub on your hands.

Try to drink at least one bottle of water a day. Water is essential for your body and helps clean out your system. Drinking lots of water keeps you hydrated and will flush out some of the bacteria.
