How to Customize a Hershey's Kiss
The Hershey Chocolate Company has been around since 1894. Throughout the years, goodies produced by Hershey have included the Mr. Goodbar candy bar and Hershey's chocolate syrup. In 1907, the company introduced the Hershey's Kiss, a cone-shaped chocolate wrapped in silver foil and topped with a paper plume that reads "Hershey's." Chocolate-lovers can decorate their Hershey's Kisses, putting a personalized twist on an old favorite. A customized kiss can be a creative gift for a loved one. Choose one of the ideas below, or mix and match them.

1
Place the Hershey Kiss onto a piece of white or colored paper. Use a pencil to trace the circular bottom of the candy and cut out this shape. Decorate it however you wish. Examples include using colored markers to write a message such as "Sally's Candy" or drawing designs (for example, hearts for Valentine's Day or pumpkins for Halloween.) Glue the paper cutout to the bottom of the Hershey's Kiss.

2
Decorate the Hershey's Kiss wrapper with small crating crystals. Use tweezers to hold each crystal. Apply a drop of clear glue to the back on the crystal and press it against the wrapper. You may wish to cover the entire wrapper in crystals or only parts of it. Examples of the latter approach include applying crystals to every other stripe on Hershey kisses that have a multicolored, striped wrapper.
