If you have wired Internet service, connect one end of your Ethernet cable to the back of your router and the other end to the Ethernet port on the back of your DVR receiver.
If you're using an Ethernet adapter, you will need two Ethernet cables and two wall-mount Ethernet adapters. Connect one end of the first Ethernet cable to the back of your router and the other end to the wall-mount Ethernet adapter.
