How to Make Homemade Cooling Lotion

You can prepare a homemade cooling gel as a simple, natural remedy for sunburned and irritated skin.   • 20 drops vitamin E oil

      Add the chamomile essential oil and vitamin E cream and stir with a small wooden spoon or disposable stirrer.
