Instructions

    • 1

    • 2

Rub the spilled wax with an ice cube until the ice melts. Use all four ice cubes on the wax.

    • 3

Wrap a soft cloth or rag around the blade of a putty knife. Secure the cloth or rag to the putty knife with a rubber band.

Unwrap the soft cloth or rag from the putty knife.

    • 6

Wet the soft cloth or rag with warm water.

    • 7

Wipe the spot where the wax spilled with the damp cloth or rag.

    • 8

Dry the counter with a paper towel.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can also use a plastic scraper to scrape the wax off. However, if you notice any small scratches on the counter, wrap a soft cloth around the scraper blade to keep the tool from damaging the counter surface.
