    • 2

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

    • 3

Once the chicken has completely thawed rub the breast with 1 tbsp of olive oil. This is important to retain the moisture of the chicken.

    • 4

Rub in your choice of herbs or spices.

    • 5

Place in the dish and cover with tin foil, make sure it is sealed all around.

    • 6

Place the chicken in the oven. Allow to cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Check to make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly. Time may vary depending on the size of the breast.

Tips & Warnings

  • An alternate way is to wrap the chicken in tin foil, like a pouch, adding butter to the chicken breast before sealing the breast inside the pouch. Use the same directions as above placing the individual wrapped breasts in a baking dish to catch potential dripping.

  • Cut into the center of the breast to make sure its completely white. Cooked chicken should have no pink inside.

  • Eating raw or under cooked chicken can cause illness.
