Gather the materials needed. First you're obviously going to need a set of antlers. You can buy these, if you prefer, but make sure they are even in size from the right to the left antler.
Secondly, you will need a lighting kit. Your local Home Depot or Lowe's should carry these. If possible, get one that was made for a chandelier and contains as many light bulbs as you would like.

Prepare the antlers! To do this, first you're going to clean out the inside of them with soap and then drill holes in the tip of each antler point that you would like to have a light bulb in.
To ensure durability, coat the antlers in polyurethane. Now, be sure you use a low sheen polyurethane as this will work best for what we're trying to do here. Also make sure that polyurethane has time to dry on the antlers between coats.

Attach the two antlers at their bases. Drill holes in the side of the each antler and run wire through each of the holes to form a circle of antlers. Tighten the wires and sodder them together. If you want, you can attach with screws.
Have the electrical wiring coming out the tips of each antler and connect the device to the wiring in the ceiling. Use screws and anchors to secure the antler lamp to the ceiling.
