1. Constantly flip and rotate your cushions. This will help keep wrinkles from permanently developing in the leather. Pronounced wrinkles can lead to holes and cracks in the leather.

2. Keep your couch out of direct sunlight. Placing your couch under a skylight or too close to a window will fade the leather.

3. Avoid placing your couch near vents or fans. Increased air flow can dry out the lather and lead to cracks.

4. Be careful not to place magazines or newspaper on your leather. The ink will soak into your leather and be tough to remove.

5. Wash and condition your leather couch frequently. You should only use leather cleaning and conditioning products. Average house hold cleaners can discolor and dry out the leather.
