A netti pot is a device used to clear out your sinuses completely. Though they may feel a bit strange at first, they rinse out the histamines and allergies stuck in your sinuses. Many people claim that the netti pot has worked wonders for their allergies and have actually cured them!

Instructions

      Fill the netti pot with lukewarm water.

    • 2

      Mix in the saline solution or about 1/2 a teaspoon of salt.

      Hold your finger over the "air hole" on the netti pot, and tilt your head backwards and side ways. Put the netti pot extender into the nostril that is against your head tilt. (the highest nostril)

      Release your finger from the hole, and you will feel the saline solution from the netti pot going through your nose. The solution will pour out of your other nostril, so be sure to do this over a sink.

      After about 2-3 seconds of this, do the same procedure to the other nostril. Your sinuses are now rinsed of allergies and histamines.
