Tips & Warnings
The cashier doesn't always ask you for your Rewards R Us card upon checkout. Be sure to present the card to the cashier, otherwise you will need to wait a couple of days for the purchase to register and then call the Toys R Us service phone number to have the purchase applied to your account.
Always ask for a gift receipt. Having more than one receipt never hurts anything - if the original receipt is lost, at least you have a gift receipt.
If Toys R Us is sold out of an item in store, take the Toys R Us ad to Walmart and they will match the competitive price.
Keep those receipts! Receipts are required for all returns.
Use the Toys R Us MasterCard to pay for your purchase, then immediately pay off the purchase at checkout to avoid late fees and finance charges. Do not accumulate credit card debt that you cannot afford.
