Instructions

      Rinse the platter to remove loose food particles, using hot water.

      Create a soapy cleaning solution by mixing three quarts of water with a tablespoon of liquid dish detergent.

      Soak a soft cloth in the dish detergent solution, and wipe over the platter. The soft cloth will allow you to scrub without the worry of scratching the stainless steel surface.

      Rinse with warm water to remove detergent and leftover residue.

      Polish the platter with a soft cloth and stainless steel polish as needed if the surface of the platter begins to dull.
