Converting PDFs to images is recommended for PDF files that contain multiple images that you wish to extract and use, such as coloring books. There is generally no need to convert a PDF that contains all text to an image file.
Be sure that you have gotten appropriate permissions to use the images embedded within the PDF file that you are converting before using those images.
