Things You'll Need

• Alcohol free cleanser
• Towel
• Oil free moisturizer

Instructions

1. Cleanse the skin with a mild alcohol-free cleanser. Check the product label and avoid products containing SD alcohol or butane. Alcohol dries out the skin, and that can cause acne to worsen. Pat the skin dry with a clean towel.

2. Dispense the proper amount of medication prescribed by your doctor by pushing on the top of the pump slowly. Dab the Retin A Micro onto the chin, cheeks and forehead.

3. Rub the Retin A Micro into the skin and over acne scabs using small circular motions. Work from the forehead to the chin. Avoid the corners of the mouth and nose. These are sensitive areas that can become easily irritated by the medication.

4. Apply a light oil-free moisturizer that contains a sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher. Sunscreen only needs to be used during the day so if you are applying Retin A Micro in the evening you can skip this step.
