The "Google Search Bar" is an "Internet Explorer" add-on designed to allow the use of the "Google" search engine without having to visit the "Google" homepage. If the "Google Search Bar" has been disabled, and you wish to restore it, you must access "Internet Explorer's" add-on manager utility. This utility will allow you to enable the "Google Search Bar" once again.
