Instructions

    • 1

Scrub your foot with a pumice stone to get rid of dry skin and to clear the area for a soak.

    • 2

Fill a bowl or tub with warm water.

    • 3

Add the baking soda, sea salt and hydrogen peroxide.

    • 4

Soak your feet for at least 10 minutes.

    • 5

Dry your feet off and use the pumice stone once more to clear any remaining rough or dead skin.

    • 6

Continue soaking your feet daily until the spots recede. If the spots do not begin to fade, consider using an over-the-counter skin lightener or consult your doctor.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can use an over-the-counter skin lightener or bleacher, however, this can cause adverse reactions and may damage your skin.

  • Consult a doctor if the spots do not begin to fade after a few soakings or before you decide to use a skin lightening or bleaching agent.
