How to Change Your Profile Picture in Facebook

One of the first stumbling blocks new Facebook users face is uploading a profile picture. Rather than the default generic silhouette, a Facebook profile picture literally puts a face with your account, which helps former friends, coworkers or classmates find you on the site. Veteran users tend to change their profile pictures regularly to reflect occurrences, vacations, the seasons and events in their lives.
