How to Change the Interface Language in Microsoft Word 2007
An interface can be broadly described as graphical controls embedded in a software program that respond to a user's command. Many software programs, such as Microsoft Word 2007, come with language interfaces that allow users who are proficient in languages other than English to enjoy the same functionality in their native languages.

Visit the Microsoft Office Online website to download a language interface pack. You will find a link to this page in the resources section.

Select the language interface you would like to use by clicking on the language. You will be redirected to a download page.

Download the interface by clicking the download button. The download button, as well as the rest of the download page, is displayed in the language you selected.

Find the file on your computer and double-click it to install. Once the interface has installed, open Word 2007.

Tips & Warnings
Be sure that Word 2007 is not open while installing the interface.
Users can later switch back to the original language interface without needing to reinstall their software.
