Keep your Focus- You are not Sleep Depriving to enter the Guinness World Book of Records but, you are doing this to obtain and reach a certain goal before that proverbial ticking life clock runs out. Know why you are doing it, keep pushing on in spite of obstacles (they are going to happen)and never, ever close your eyes (no pun intended)to any opportunity to reach any goal faster(nothing illegal)By doing this, you will not have to work as hard at sleep deprivation for the sake of your goals and can start taking naps more frequently

Moderate Caffeine Levels- Yes Caffeine is a must for staying awake but, if you maintain the procedure in Step One, then this Step will not be as essential and habitual. You still will need some Caffeine. Make your Caffeine dose as strong and sweet as possible so that you can go for long periods without it (See more about Caffeine in the Tips to this Article below) When you do that along with maintaining healthy eating habits, there will be a balance between the two and they will work collectively to keep you healthy and energized during this time of reaching for you goals and objectives while living with deprivation of sleep.
