Check the control panel on your Whirlpool stove for a "Precise Clean" button. The features of Whirlpool stoves are different from model to model, and not all ovens will have this button.

Press and hold the "Precise Clean" button for about five seconds, until "Temperature Unit Fahrenheit" appears in the display.

Push and hold the "Broil" button on stoves that do not have the "Precise Clean" button for about five seconds, until you hear a tone and "F" appears in the display.

Exit the temperature programming mode on all models of Whirlpool stoves by pressing the "Off/Cancel" button.
