How to Make MSN Browser Faster for Dial-Up
It is true that multimedia effects add flavor when browsing the Internet. But since dial-up is already leisurely enough to begin with, oftentimes it can pose a challenge to push through the creative wait. Sacrificing visuals such as pictures, sound and other multimedia effects is beneficial when you just really need to scan the info--independent of associated bells, whistles and charm. Try these steps to make MSN and other browsers reach their full potential, giving you the quickest dial-up. Then, zoom in on just the web page facts, text-wise, with close to lightning speed.

Tips & Warnings
You might not entirely have to sacrifice graphical joy using dial-up. Try removing a check in just one of the Multimedia category option boxes listed in step 2, and then see how fast you surf. If needed, escalate the settings by going back and removing another check in the same category, then test your MSN dial-up speed again.
