How to Kill Systemic Yeast & Fungi in the Body

Candida albicans is a fungus or yeast that lives naturally on the skin as well as internally. Internal yeast infections usually occur because of an overgrowth of candida albicans known as candidiasis. This condition can be spurred by an overuse of antibiotics, corticosteroids and even a poor diet. Symptoms can include migraines, gastritis, mouth thrush and even certain autoimmune diseases (i.e. fibromyalgia). Medical treatments for candida albicans usually includes anti-fungal medications such as nystatin. However, alternative medical treatments such as dietary changes, probiotic supplements and colon cleanses are believed to be effective in killing systemic fungi and yeast as well.

Instructions

  1. Killing Systemic Fungi & Yeast

    • 1

Eliminate yeast, gluten and sugar from your diet, including commercial foods containing wheat and yeast such as bread, pasta and cereal. Eliminate cow's milk from your diet, too. Substitute brown rice products for these foods as desired, including for milk.

    • 2

Eat foods such as beef, chicken, turkey, fish, tuna, eggs, vegetables, brown rice and other gluten-free grains. Stay on this diet until your symptoms subside.

    • 3

Take a probiotic supplement daily as directed or eat plenty of sugar-free yogurt. Continue taking the probiotic until your symptoms are gone. You can also opt to stay on this supplement to prevent recurring yeast infections.

    • 4

Mix a colon cleansing kit powder or syrup with water or your favorite drink. Read the instructions for the recommended amount of water and colon cleansing formula. Drink the formula as directed. Continue to drink the formula daily for two to four weeks or until your symptoms are gone. If you prefer, undergo colonic irrigation treatments through a colon hydrotherapist in lieu of the colon cleansing kit. Do these treatments weekly for 40 to 45 minutes until you get rid of your candida overgrowth problem.

Tips & Warnings

  • The reason you should eliminate gluten, yeast and sugar from your diet is because the candida albicans fungus thrives on these substances. If you continue to consume foods that contain gluten protein or sugar you will not get rid of excess candida in your system. Vegetables contain digestive enzymes which can help kill candida albicans overgrowth. Probiotics are friendly bacteria supplements that can enhance your body's natural bacteria in eliminating candidiasis. Colon cleansing kits usually contain herbs, spices and foods that are believed by natural medicine practitioners to get rid of excess candida yeast or fungus. You may need to stay on this product longer than four weeks, the normal supply amount, depending on the severity of your symptoms.

  • Do not use a colon cleansing kit if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Instead, do colonic irrigation treatments. Understand that colon cleansing is largely an alternative medical practice that is not usually recognized by mainstream medical professionals. Consequently, treatment is up to your own discretion.
