Instructions

1
Attach the 565 kit's mounting bracket to the end of the Dremel tool by tightening a wing nut on the bracket to the base of the tool.
-
2
Insert bit No. 560 into the Dremel power tool and tighten it. Dremel recommends bit No. 560 for cutting drywall.
-
-
3
Place the drywall on the sawhorses prior to cutting so that the bit can penetrate the material without damaging an underlying surface. If the drywall is already installed, it can be cut right away.
-
4
Place the tool at a 45-degree angle next to the line on the drywall that needs to be cut.
-
5
Set the Dremel tool to 3500 rpm and slowly let the bit sink into the drywall material. Once the cutting bit has penetrated completely through the drywall, straighten the Dremel tool out so that the base of the 565 mounting bracket is pressed firmly against the drywall with the tool at a 90-degree angle.
-
6
Slowly run the Dremel bit along the line, working in a right to left direction.
