How to Convert Vinyl LP to Digital File Format
Many music lovers who own vinyl LPs are proud of their collections. While it's true that vinyl offers a different sound quality than digital formats---analog recording and playback devices are said to produce a distinctively "warmer" tone---no one can deny the convenience and superior archiving capability of digital files. Digital archiving preserves an aging vinyl LP and allows the listener to enjoy formerly non-portable recordings anywhere. LP-to-digital conversion is not difficult, but since records must be transferred in real time, the long sessions can be arduous.
