How to Make Your Own Record-Shaped Invitations
Invitations set the tone for an event, letting guests know the formality and theme of the celebration. Music and the 1950s are two popular party themes that can be represented by record-shaped invitations. Whether you're hosting a "Grease"-themed costume party, a '50s sock hop dance or a rock n' roll birthday party, record-shaped invitations will impress your guests and help set your party apart. Set aside half a day for this project, as shaping invitations to mimic vinyl records will take time and attention to detail. Use a real 7-inch record as a visual, if you can. Does this Spark an idea?
