Using your mouse, click on the "Guide to Products" tab at the top right section of the page. This will open another page that will give you a listing of the different plans Gerber has to offer and plan details.

After you select your plan, you will see a link. This link will be either on the right hand side of the page or at the bottom of the page after the plan description. Both links will say apply now. Fill in the information for you and the child that you want to insure. Then click submit. This will send your information to a Gerber representative, who will in turn give you a quote for coverage.

Call Gerber. On the Gerber website click on the contact us section. This section will give you the toll free number to talk to a Gerber representative who can answer your questions and help you with your application. This section will also have information on how to contact Gerber via email, as well as their mailing address.
