  • 6 drops essential peppermint oil
  • 1 cup cornmeal, sifted

      Combine the almond oil, rosemary oil and peppermint oil together in a large mixing bowl.

      Add the cornmeal, stirring the whole time until it becomes a gummy, thick paste.
