2. Click "Register" at the top of the page, then click "Civilian Registration" in the dropdown menu.

3. Enter your contact information, including your email address.

4. Check your email account for a confirmation message from the website. Click the link provided in the message to finish setting up your account.

5. Select a soldier stationed in Iraq, and write your email message. It will be sent as soon as you are done, so it will definitely reach the soldier before Christmas.
