  • 1 avocado
  • Food processor
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. raw honey
  • 2 tbsp. plain organic yogurt
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • Clean 2 oz. glass jar
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 drops essential orange oil

      Slice the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Scoop the fruit out and place in a food processor.

      Add the eggs, raw honey, yogurt and baking soda to the food processor. Blend for 45 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

      Transfer the contents of the food processor to a small mixing bowl and add the coconut oil and essential orange oil. Whisk together until well combined.

      Put the contents of the mixing bowl in the clean glass jar and store in the refrigerator for 12 hours before first use.
