Save the data to your computer. When you click the "Download Data" option, a box will open asking you whether it should "Open With" or "Save File". Chose the "Save File" option. Many computers have a default "Download" folder that all downloaded items are sent to. If you don't have this, you may be asked where you'd like to save your file. If that is the case choose the drive (i.e. C:) and folder (i.e. My Documents) that you'd like it be saved. Another option is to choose the "Open with" button. This will open the data in Excel (default) or you can choose a different program. Once its opened, you can save it to your computer by clicking on "File", "Save As" and selecting the folder you'd like it to save to.
