- 1/4 cup of butter
- 3 1/2 pounds of rump roast
- 1 ounce of dry onion soup mix
- 10.75ounce of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of all purpose flour

First preheat the oven to 325*F so it starts to get hot. Then you will need to get a large mixing bowl and pour the flour and pepper in for more of a taste. You will need to dredge the rump roast in the flour and pepper, then cover the top of the bowl

Now get a large pot out and let it sit over a medium flame you will need to melt the butter and brown the roast on the sides in the large pot. Once the sides are browned set it a 4 quart casserole dish and cover it with lid.

Get a medium bowl out and combine the vermouth and mushroom soup mix together for a good seasoning. Now pour it all over your pot roast and bake it for only 3 hours or unless you want to. Once cool serve it to your friends and family.
