That action plan should include the top 3 items of most significance that need to get done that week, when each item will be done, and whose help you'll need to get it done.

Step 2) The second step in managing your time in business is PRIORITIZATION. What is the item that you need to get to first that will have the most impact on what you do? What do you need to get to second? What about third? You have got to learn how to prioritize your time if you are going to be successful in the business world.

Step 3) The third step in managing your time in the business world is FOCUS. From 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday you need to cut away as many distractions as possible. We all suffer from time poverty so you need to learn to take advantage of the time that you do have by limiting distractions to a minimum.
