How to Balance Female Hormones

According to the International Institute of Holistic Healing, after age 25 a woman's estrogen and progesterone (hormones) start becoming imbalanced. This imbalance progresses aggressively into perimenopause---the years leading up to menopause---and during menopause. Nutritional imbalances and toxins from a high consumption of processed foods, refined foods and fake foods can result in female hormonal imbalance. Proper nutritional supplements can stabilize female hormones.

  • Take a liquid vitamin and mineral supplement. Your body is incapable of healing without nutrients. A liquid vitamin and mineral supplement can heal the nerves, bones, heart, muscles, teeth, gums, skin, hair, nails and immune system. Minerals have highly basic properties that soothe the body from headaches, muscle aches, tension, nervousness, anxiety, anger, insomnia, high blood pressure, fear and excess estrogen.

  • Consume calcium magnesium powder. Liquid vitamins and minerals are a good supplement; however, they should be supplemented with added calcium and magnesium, which contain vital minerals for healing. Calcium and magnesium are necessary for overall protein consumption. They help to heal muscles, bones, inflamed tissue and numbness and may prevent cancer.

  • Take B-complex #411 vitamins, which nourish the brain and the nerves. They also help in blood cell formulation, which can prevent anemia---a lack of healthy blood cells in the body. B-complex vitamins enhance circulation, memory, learning and brain function. They positively impact stamina, energy and growth. B-complex vitamins are necessary for muscle toning of the heart and stomach.

  • Buy Omega 3 softgels. Omega 3 fatty acids contain good fat from vegetable oils, unlike omega 6 fatty acids, which have perilous saturated fats from animals. Omega-3 does not cause you to gain weight or suffer resulting health problems. It stabilizes hormones, lowers inflammation and helps your metabolism to operate normally. The body cannot manufacture omega 3 on its own; therefore, it is necessary to gain it from supplements or oily fish such as salmon, sardines, or mackerel.

  • Get a daily dose of Aloe Vera (Aloe Immune). Start with 2,000 mg; gradually increase your dose as per your tolerance level. Aloe Immune is particularly effective in improving how the immune system responds to foreign particles in the body. It lowers the amount of bacterium in your body (microbes) that can cause diseases, rejuvenating it as it combats microbes. Aloe Immune can be used to strengthen the immune and hormonal system, plus shrink cysts and tumors.

  • Visit a health foods store to purchase supplements to balance your hormones. Follow the instructions on the bottle.
