1
Shave the area where the makeup will be applied. Leaving hair will cause the makeup to attach to the hair, not your skin, and this will make it more noticeable.
-
2
Using a shade of Mehron tattoo cover slightly darker than your natural skin tone, gently pat the cover onto your tattoo using a rubber cosmetic applicator sponge or natural sea sponge. Do not rub or wipe the cover makeup as this will make it difficult to build a natural finish. The darker color will even out when you use the setting powder.

3
Gently blend the edges of the tattoo cover into your natural skin tone using a rubber cosmetic applicator. If necessary, even the edges of the makeup by patting a lighter Mehron color at the edge of the design. Blend the colors together.

4
Dust the covered area with setting powder. Dip a wide brush into the setting powder and tap it against the edge of the container to settle the powder into the brush. Dust lightly over the makeup. Since Mehron is grease-based, this will help it to stay on your body and not rub off. Repeat until the area is no longer sticky.

5
Finish the job with a barrier or setting spray. This final touch sets the makeup in place.
