Instructions

  1. Steaming

    • 1

Fill the steamer with water. Remove the water tank by lifting the handle and pushing the release button on the end of the tank. Lift up the plug on the tank and fill the tank with water, but don't overfill. Push the plug down firmly and put the tank on the steamer, pressing it into place until it clicks.

    • 2

Place the clothes brush on the steamer.

    • 3

Plug the appliance into an outlet.

    • 4

Turn the temperature knob to the highest setting, "Linen/Cotton." The LED light will come on.

    • 5

Wait for the LED light to go off, which means that the steamer has reached the proper temperature. During operation, this light will go off and on periodically, indicating that the steamer is working.

    • 6

Use the steamer either horizontally or vertically. Press the steam burst button at the top of the handle. Wait at least four seconds between each press of the button.

If you're using the steamer for the first time, or if you haven't used it regularly, you might have to press the button two or three times before steaming begins.

    • 7

Hold the steamer near the fabric to allow the steam to penetrate the fibers and remove wrinkles.

    • 8

Place the steamer in the rest position, with the bottom of the handle resting on a flat surface and the soleplate in a vertical position, when you're repositioning fabric or otherwise not using the steamer.

    Cleaning and Storing

    • 9

Unplug the steamer after use and let it cool.

    • 10

Push the release button and remove the water tank.

    • 11

Pull up the plug on the water tank and empty the water.

    • 12

Replace the water tank and wipe the steamer with a damp cloth.

    • 13

Press the handle lock button at the top left of the temperature knob to the storage position and loosely wrap the cord around the appliance.
