Identify your miles reward plan. You need to know which plan you have to understand how you are earning mileage. For instance, if you have the No Hassle Miles Reward plan you will earn one and one quarter miles for every dollar you spend. If you have the No Hassle Miles Rewards for Travel and Gas, you will earn three miles for every dollar you spend on travel and gas purchases and one mile for every other purchase. If you have the No Hassle Miles Ultra for Professionals Rewards, you will two miles for every purchase.

Fly free. With Capital One No Hassle Miles Reward there are no seat restrictions or blackout dates. There are no limits to the number of miles you can earn and no expiration dates for using them. You can also use them for all of your traveling needs including hotels, car rental and purchases.

Get cash. You can redeem your rewards to get cash back by check, credit or gift card. You can even set up your account to automatically redeem your rewards points for you so you don't have to worry about it.

Go shopping. You can use your rewards points toward your purchases of major brands and gift cards from Target, Best Buy and Macy's. There are no minimum or maximum limits and you no expiration dates. You can earn more points on all your purchases.

Redeem online. You can log into your Capital One account, keep track of your rewards points and redeem your miles all from your online banking account.
