1
Test the edge of your iron-on transfer with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. If the transfer loosens or dissolves, soak a cotton ball in the alcohol and rub it over the entire transfer until it comes off completely.
-
2
Lay a piece of clean cotton cloth on your ironing board and lay the jersey on top of it, with the transfer against the cloth.
-
-
3
Iron the back of the transfer on the hottest temperature you can use without damaging the jersey. This should force the transfer to adhere to the cotton.
-
4
Lay the jersey on the ironing board with the transfer facing up.
-
5
Use the tip of the hot iron to melt the transfer, gently encouraging the transfer to peel away from the fabric.
