How to Use an Acu-Rite Alarm
Acu-Rite manufactures basic alarm clocks for home use. The alarm clocks do not have many features beyond a digital display and an alarm clock setting. The clocks do not need to be set as they are set before they leave the factory. The clock setting is saved with a backup battery. If you want to use the alarm setting, however, you need to set the alarm time and activate the device. Does this Spark an idea?

Press and hold the "Alarm Set" button until the hour unit starts flashing on the display screen.

Adjust the hour unit by pressing the "+" or "-" buttons and save the setting by pressing the "Alarm Set" button. The minutes unit will start to blink.

Use the "+" and "-" buttons to change the minutes unit and press the "Alarm Set" button to save the alarm setting.

Push the "Alarm On/Off" switch to "On" to turn the alarm on. The display will show "Alarm On" when the alarm is set.

When the alarm goes of, you can push the "Snooze" button to increase the alarm time by 8 minutes.
