Step 1
Try Greek yogurt instead of the yogurt with fruit on the bottom. Greek yogurt only contains 7 grams of sugar where fruit on the bottom contains about 12 grams and up.

Cut out soda. Most contain about 24 grams of sugar and up. Stick to water or seltzer. Give it flavor by adding a slice of lemon.

Try snacking on an apple and some organic natural peanut butter. It's better for you without all the sugar and the apple will fill you up since it contains fiber.
