How to Confirm Or Change Your Address for Your Postal Service

One of the first things to do when you move to a new home is confirm or change your mailing address. This can prevent late payments on bills or losing mail sent to the wrong address. The United State Postal Service (USPS) can handle your change of address or, if you'd like, you can confirm your address with them to ensure that everything's correct.

Up until a few years ago, postal customers had to actually visit their local post office (preferably before the move) fill in a yellow "Change of Address" card and hand it to the clerk, which you certainly still can. If you are too busy to wait in line at the post office, follow these steps to update your mailing address online. Does this Spark an idea?
