How to Use Sweet Oil to Treat Ear Pain
Sweet oil is an inexpensive home remedy for earaches that's usually made from almonds or olive oil. Instead of warming the oil and running the risk of burning your inner ear, holding a hot/cold pack to the outside of your ear will safely heat it. The remedy can be used on adults and children alike, although you should consult a doctor before attempting to treat a malady yourself, and you shouldn't use the oil as a substitute for any prescribed medication.
