Illegal immigrants are individuals who enter into another country by violating that country's immigration laws. The Department of Homeland Security encourages individuals to report illegal immigrants or suspected illegal activity involving immigrants to the office directly so the situation can be investigated and addressed.

Gather any information you have about the illegal immigrant you wish to report. The individual's first and last name and address will be needed. Provide whatever you can to officials, and they will continue investigation to find any additional information they need.

Access the HSI Tip Form at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement website, ice.gov.

Provide your name and contact information in the form along with the information you collected about the suspected illegal immigrant. Include any suspicions you may have regarding illegal activity.

These services do not do anything different than what is detailed above, and any report filed through them will not receive special attention.

Amber, I am feeling sorry for you. I understand. I too have reported many of my friends and associates who are here illegally, making 6 and 7 figure incomes, pay no taxes, involved in illegal activity, and I have same results, NOTHING! USA complains about Illegal Immigrant problems, yet does NOTHING about it. Homeland Security? More like INsecurity!
