How to Access Past E-Mails From a Computer

Electronic Mail, more commonly known as email, is one of the most preferred modes of communication these days. The biggest advantage of email is that it is free. All you need is a computer with an Internet connection and an email account with a service provider such as Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, or Hotmail.

Accessing Past Emails in Gmail

  • Log in to your Gmail account.

  • Click on the "Inbox" link on the left side of your screen to see the emails that others have sent you. To see older emails, click on the "Older" link below the last emails shown on the page.

  • Click on the "Sent" link on the left side of your screen to see the emails that you have sent to others. To see older emails, click on the "Older" link below the last emails shown on the page.

Accessing Past Emails in Yahoo! Mail

  • Log in to your Yahoo! Mail account.

  • Click on the "Inbox" link on the left side of your screen to see the emails that others have sent you.

  • Click on the "Sent" link on the left side of your screen to see the emails that you have sent to others.

Accessing Past Emails in Hotmail

  • Log in to your Hotmail account.

  • Click on the "Inbox" link on the left side of your screen to see the emails that others have sent you.

  • Click on the "Sent" link on the left side of your screen to see the emails that you have sent to others.
