Step 1
Locate an Avon representative in your area. Ask around--your friends and family may know of an Avon lady who would love to have your business. You can also search for a representative online at www.avon.com or by calling Avon's customer service line at (800) 265-AVON.

Contact your representative and let her know you are interested in purchasing Avon products. Request that she deliver a brochure to you, as well as any product samples you are interested in trying. The representative may provide you with a skin-care or makeup consultation free of charge. Make sure to ask if Avon has any current sales or clearance brochures, as well.

Look through the brochure and choose the products you would like to purchase. Call your Avon lady with your order. Payment is not due until the order is delivered. Campaign orders are placed every two weeks, so depending on when your order is placed you may have to wait a few days to two weeks for delivery.

Step 4
Inspect your order when it arrives. Try out your products to make sure you like them. Avon wants you to love your products, so if something doesn't fit your lifestyle, do not hesitate to let your representative know. You will be able to exchange it for another product.

Pay your Avon representative for your order.
