How to Make a Diaper Out of Paper
Paper diapers are an adorable addition to any baby shower. Make paper napkins into diaper shapes for a cute addition the the buffet table, fashion small diaper baskets in pinks and blues to hold small gifts for guests, or create miniature name cards by using sturdy paper and filling the diaper with pastel mints, The possibilities for this basic pattern or endless--you can even use it for the invitations.

Fold the square sheet of paper into a triangle by bringing the top left corner down to the bottom right hand corner. Fold at the crease.

Cut at the crease to make two triangles. Discard one triangle to use for a second diaper.

Place one of the triangle tips into a hole punch. Punch a hole 1/4 inch from the end. Repeat for all three tips.

Place the triangle in front of you so that the longest edge is farther away from you and the 90 degree (right-angled) tip of the triangle is facing toward you.

Fold the 90 degree tip up to the center of the long edge. Fold at the crease.

Fold the left tip over to the center, lining up the holes. Fold at the crease. Repeat for the right hand tip.

Tie a ribbon through the three holes to hold them together. Make a small bow in the front of the diaper.

Tips & Warnings
If you aren't good at making pretty bows, pre-made miniature bows can be found in most craft stores.
Don't pull on the ribbon too tightly--it can tear the paper.
