Converting Word to PDF
Visit a conversion website such as Free PDF Convert or download a conversion program such as Doc 2 PDF or Cute PDF.
Open the Word document if you are using downloaded software, or select the Word document from your hard drive if you are using an online conversion tool.
Select "Print" from the menu at the top of the Word document if you are using downloaded software. Select the conversion software as the destination printer. Click "Print" to initiate the conversion process.
Enter your email address and click the "Convert" button if you are using an online conversion tool. The tool will email the converted document, which you can retrieve and save from your email inbox.
Convert the file directly from Word or other word processing program to PDF if your word processing software supports PDF conversion. Click on the "File" tab, select "Save as" or "Export as" from the drop-down menu and select PDF as the format.
