Whiten Your Teeth For FREE

White teeth promote a sense of well being, health, cleanliness and beauty. It's no wonder that white teeth are one of the most sought after looks in the United States. With professional teeth whitening costing $100-$300, there is actually a way to whiten your teeth at home safely and for much less than professional teeth whitening. In fact, many of you will probably already have everything you need for a whiter smile right now, therefore, your whiter teeth will be FREE.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Tooth Paste
  • Tooth Brush
  • Mouth Wash
  • Baking Soda
  • Peroxide
  • Floss
  1. Step 1

BRUSH. Brush your teeth with your favorite tooth paste as you normally would. If your a hard brusher, try warm water instead and be careful on your gums.

  2. Step 2

FLOSS. Floss your teeth (you should be doing this at least once a day anyway) but if you are not in a regularly habit of flossing, make sure you start. Flossing is particularly important if your whitening your teeth as flossing will help your teeth appear whiter faster.

  3. Step 3

SPRINKLE. Sprinkle a decent amount of baking soda onto your tooth brush. Don't be afraid to heap it on.

  4. Step 4

POUR. Pour peroxide over the baking soda and brush your teeth with the mixture. Again, take care not to brush too hard on your gums because you've already brushed your teeth once and the abrasiveness of the baking soda can irritate your gums if you brush too hard.

  5. Step 5

RINSE AGAIN. Rinse with your favorite Mouth wash. You want to use mouth wash just because quite honestly, the banking soda doesn't taste all that great.

Tips & Warnings
  • While the baking soda doesn't taste all that great, it's safe for you to use and it's super affordable.
  • When brushing with the baking soda/peroxide mixture, focus more on your teeth than your gums.
  • If you experience any discomfort, discontinue this method.
